ū4ic yoga vinyasa classes are challenging practices that demand a lot from the body. That being said, we welcome all levels to come and try out a class. Yoga is all about your personal journey on the mat. We have a “do what you can” philosophy. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. The ū4ic lit vinyasa flow is geared towards intermediate level yogis, but all other classes are accessible to beginners, as they are a vinyasa taken at a slower pace, with longer holds and provide more opportunity for teachers to make individual adjustments as needed.
