ū4ic lit vinyasa flow

Intermediate level

ū4ic lit vinyasa flow is powerful and designed to flow breath to movement! Vinyasa is a mindful practice linking breath and movement to help you flow through each posture with intention. The studio room is 85 degrees and 40% humidity, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. The practice includes a centering warm up leading into the core vinyasa flows, a challenging burn designed to push you to your personal edge, and a relaxing cool down with savasana rest. This class will kick your booty & make you sweat, however, you’re always welcome to take child’s pose and/or savasana and then meet us when you’re ready! And please, feel free to add in challenges and modifications, or take out postures that do not serve you-these are your 60 minutes!!! Ps-ū4ic lit vinyasa flow will most likely include optional arm balances & inversions… and it will definitely include personal growth & good vibes! This class is undeniably LIT!


ū4ic stretch + core flow

ū4ic stretch + core flow focuses on strengthening the core with challenging exercises targeting the abs, obliques and the lower back. In other words, core, core and more core! The studio room is 85 degrees and 40% humidity, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. This class will be combined with lengthening and elongation poses designed to open up and stretch the muscles that support the center of our bodies…the glue that holds the top to the bottom! Bottom line-this class is all about the core!

ū4ic all levels flow

All levels

ū4ic yoga all levels flow is designed for both beginners, as well as experienced yogis! Poses will be connected to breath through a dynamic flow sequence designed to improve awareness, functional strength, flexibility, balance and core strength. An approachable format encourages enough time for alignment instruction, as well as an explanation for each pose's purpose. Building a class from foundational poses allows the beginner to feel supported and the more experienced yogi to continue their growth. The class will encourage you to go within, feel the pose and take ownership of your thoughts and curiosity without judgment! ū4ic yoga all levels flow will most definitely reset and recalibrate you mentally and physically…and not to worry, expect a sweat sesh too!

ū4ic yin

ū4ic yin focuses on giving you that yummy stretch to balance out all the sweaty yang flows you practice during the week. Yin is definitely accessible to all levels because all you need to do is show and really melt into your mat for 60 minutes of ū time. Each asana is held for a minimum of five minutes and transitions will be sloooowwwwww. Accompanied with transformative sound baths, we know you'll never leave feeling the same....ahhhhh!

ū4ic HIIT yoga

ū4ic HIIT yoga is designed on the principles of high-intensity interval training and gives you a solid whole-body burn without a big time commitment. HIIT recruits the major muscle groups in dynamic compound movements to create an aerobic stress, so expect to sweat! HIIT also stimulates the nervous system, leading to neuromuscular adaptations in strength, power, agility, and speed (not to mention feelings of well-being, empowerment, and euphoria!). Our morning HIIT flow will get you feeling ready for anything the day throws your way.

ū4ic yoga flow is the perfect blend of the ū4ic yoga lit flow and the ū4ic yoga all levels flow. Each instructor will offer variations/modifications within the foundation, structure and alignment of the ū4ic yoga flow to spice it up or tone it down. While the transitions are steady, the ū4ic yoga flow is designed for 1-2 breath cycles...so just enough to brush up against your personal edge. Throughout the ū4ic yoga flow, you will focus on engaging your core muscles to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for a challenging peak posture. And of course, savasana rest…ahhhh!

ū4ic beginners flow

Beginners

ū4ic yoga beginners is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. This class is interactive and slower paced to focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. The instructor will assist you in building a strong yoga foundation, which includes the name of each pose (asana) and how to incorporate the general shape of the pose into the body. The ū4ic yoga beginners also teaches the importance of breath (pranayama) because it is the energy force behind the practice, as well as your overall life! Come as you are with a curious and open mind - and maybe even break a sweat!
